Everything about our stay was simply perfect. We were travelling from far so ended up having a late check-in, and the staff has been very welcoming and understanding in regards. We found the place simply lovely and well taken care off. From the beds to the linens, the complementary toiletries, coffees...and even found in our room some home made brownies! The place is quiet and isolated, and from our room we could see only fields, sheep, and lamas!

I love every thing in this hotel. The overall ambiance made you feel special. The hotel was well decorated. The room was amazing. It had a nice view. We enjoyed taking a picture at every corner of the hotel Moreover, all the staffs were polite and friendly. Moreover, breakfast was superb!

We will certainly stay again at this hotel when we next venture into Dorset. We loved learning about the history of the area and the reason why the hotel is called The Rivers Arms. Very comfortable and spacious room in this stunning old coaching inn. The staff were lovely, the breakfasts immense and the dinner incredible! Just outside Dorchester in a small and quiet village the location is still central and easy to reach. This is a very popular spot and easy to see why!
