Very nice, clean rooms. Gail and "The Girls" were very welcoming and made you feel like a part of the family. The location was perfect; 5 min. walk to town centre and 2 min. to the beach. Breakfast was more than enough and a real treat.

Very friendly owners. Everything very clean and COVID aware. Breakfast was tasty and served by Karen who was a great asset. It was a pleasant 10 min walk into Falmouth or an even shorter walk to the beach.

Also, the breakfast is really nice, freshly prepared for you. Great location, quiet but still walking distance from the town center as well as from the nearest golden sand beach.
