Very nice, clean rooms. Gail and "The Girls" were very welcoming and made you feel like a part of the family. The location was perfect; 5 min. walk to town centre and 2 min. to the beach. Breakfast was more than enough and a real treat.

Very friendly owners. Everything very clean and COVID aware. Breakfast was tasty and served by Karen who was a great asset. It was a pleasant 10 min walk into Falmouth or an even shorter walk to the beach.

Clean modern and comfortable room. I did not see the owner but she was very helpful in her messages to me and came in to empty bins and refill tea and coffee. The location was great, midway between the docks and town and the beaches
