A beautifully maintained hotel in a stunning location. Right next to Hampton Court and at one of the entrances to Bushy Park. All the staff were really kind, professional and courteous and they went out of their way to assist us with everything. The breakfast is superb and the cocktails are really good. Nice big bedrooms with all modern appliances, a big TV, nespresso machine and complimentary coffee, tea, water and milk.

Not sure what all the hate is. Room was clean.. and comfortable. It's a budget place but still had a kettle, tea and coffee with toiletries. Not sure what more you can ask for.

Everything was wonderful - the hotel itself, the location, the staff, so friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. A wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in - we came in by way of the pub, but there is a different entrance too. Amazingly quiet at night, didn't hear anything. A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.
