Furnishings all high quality, stylish and in pristine condition. The location is perfect, right next to the station and within a very short walk of the seafront. Friendly and professional host made my stay extremely pleasant.

The house is very clean and the food and service the best I have had. The only little point although minor was I had to share a toilet and shower room but this is minor and no reflection on the great value this Guest house offers. I thoroughly recommend this place

Also in a great location with lots to do and a very quick walk to the beach. Great hosts, very responsive to absolutely minor queries. We would love to return, but we suspect that the price will increase once others find this little gem and it becomes more popular.

Quiet Area, slept well, the room has blackout curtains which was a huge bonus. The host Dawn is such an amazing host, I loved meeting her and getting to know her. We definitely recommend this place. Ps...thanks for the goodies, my friend loved the milk and biscuits 😆 xx
