This property is located in Lymington, next to the High street, which offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Off road parking is available at the front and rear of the property.

Facilities, cleanliness, location, staff friendliness. Everything was as presented and as expected and although breakfast was not included in the price the coffee and biscuits in the room were an exceptional substitute till we hit the road and find something substantial to eat.

Excellent chef prepared meals, great staff, cozy pub, and quiet rural location. Room was nicely appointed and very clean. I appreciated the personal service throughout my stay. A generous breakfast was included which made the stay all the better. WiFi worked great.
