Location was great! Wonderful view. Nice to be a little out of the city, but still very easy to get to wherever you had planned for the day. Friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast.

Excellent hosts, perfect location, and amazing space! We stopped in Plymouth for just one day and the location was very central, easily walkable to all of the historic downtown, shops, and harbour. The staff were accommodating of our dietary restrictions at breakfast and were very lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

Cute place. Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely welcome when I arrived. I really liked the room and although it was small(which I already knew) it had everything I needed. the bed was very comfy and I had the best night sleep.

Amazing room, equipped with everything needed and very comfortable and modern, and very big bathroom. Couldn't find my access code details (probably got mixed up and deleted an email that I shouldn't have!) and within a couple minutes of calling it was checked and info sent to me, really excellent service. Has self check in/out which is really handy (when you haven't misplaced your code details like I did!) Location is very close to the train station (it was hard for me to find the hotel from elsewhere as don't know the area at all) I personally would go with a place closer to a simple bus route and closer to more shops etc, just personal preference though. It was very quiet, so if that's your preference would certainly recommend. Also a very nice traditional kind of building, which you just don't get with general chain hotels.

Beautifully presented room. Tea making equipment was spotless as was the bedroom and bathroom. Quiet location but still within walking distance of everything you need to visit. Easy entry system and great contact on first arrival. If I ever need accommodation in Plymouth again I'll try and book here. Great stay from Paul and Finley.
