the property is a beautiful building with a high standard of decor, is spotlessly clean with good facilities. the communication with Sue was great and she was there to meet us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the accommodation and provided us with a map as well as directions to where we wanted to visit and have us tips on where to find local amenities. Parking was private and convenient.

We had such a wonderful time staying with Karen and Stamford! Everything was perfect and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning, the beach nearby is charming and the location was also very well connected to get around as we did not have a car. Lovely property in a great position for the Town, quay, transport and all amenities. Our room was lovely, and was a good size for a couple. It had a great view of the local church from our window and had everything we could need for our stay including a small fridge. The bed was fine and the lighting was particularly good, plus the room had a folder with every piece of information you could need about the Town and the local area. Jenny was friendly and very helpful and advised that if we needed anything we could just call her. Really lovely property and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, within 30 seconds walk of Poole Quay! The property is modern and we'll equipped. Jenny, the host, was extremely helpful and efficient. I will definitely book Anchorage again on my next visit to Poole.

Lovely spacious rooms. Loved all the little details like the hotel paper, note to say welcome, brownies and fresh milk for teas and coffees.

Property was clean, tidy, extremely welcoming and has well appointed bedrooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as comfortable common rooms and well stocked coffee room. Off road and out of sight parking for motorcycles provided as well.
