Fabulous place from 1450. So well decorated, warm and inviting. I had a long chat with a most charming woman(58) (did not get her name) in the reception. A former teacher. It is nice when staff takes the time to talk with you about the hotel and other things. It made my stay perfect! Just book this place!

I had the best night sleep as the bed was exceptionally comfy. From the moment we arrived we had a really lovely stay. Ellie is a really lovely, warm and kind woman. The B&B is in a lovely location - only a few miles outside the town but in the heart of the countryside. It was so peaceful. It was lovely seeing the birdlife and seemingly deer are often seen in the orchard. I am a fusspot when it comes to food so I was mega impressed by the delicious breakfast - home bread and jams, delicious hot veggie breakfast. The place was also spotless. Ellie was such a fantastic host. If you are staying in Stratford Upon Avon, I would highly recommend Shakespeare's View.
