The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.

The location is very good on High Rd close to cafes and pubs. The check instructions were very clear and easy to follow the room was clean and the kitchen has tea and coffee making facilities and toaster. Very well equipped kitchen.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left West Lodge was perfect. Fabulously comfortable rooms, ample tea and coffee (and more available if required) excellent wifi, superb breakfast, lush garden...and all served by a charming host. We really could not recommend this hotel enough.

Accommodations were great-- was perfect for the husband, me and our 6-year old. She loved sleeping in a bunk bed! Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Loved seeing young adults making a go of it at this place...and getting it right! Congrats, guys!
