Manuel met me promptly and was helpful and polite. The building was very clean, inside and out. The bathroom is updated. The location is great especially if you need to catch the train or the RA 2 bus to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. This was my second stay and I was very happy both times

About a week after I booked, I had to change the dates of my stay, and she managed to accommodate me, which I truly appreciate. The place was cosy, clean, and quiet. Also, Claire made it easy to communicate on WhatsApp. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Artist's Hideaway and highly recommend staying there.

This is a guest house, so no reception desk, but the one time I needed an extra towel, the in-house host provided it within less than 3 minutes. You have a smart TV with all the streaming apps which is a bonus. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Didn't want to leave in the end.
