The room was cozy and warm. The kitchen was really well equipped! Also, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet - we even saw a fox or two :) To get to the tube station or a big supermarket like ASDA you have to take a 20 minute walk but we were fine with that as well. Overall, we loved our stay!

There are no rooms. I want to complain and ask for money back to compensate for the economic loss. It's very bad and I'm very angry.

The apartment had all the amenities listed during the booking & I liked that the pictures of the house on the website was the same in real life. The house was very clean & well maintained.

Room was comfy and CLEAN - offered everything what we needed. Julia prepared for us also some snacks, tea, water, gave us recommendations, and had pockets full of jokes 😉 really nice smiley person. there was fridge in the room, microwave, all stuff for eating (cuttlery, plates), kettle, even scissors! 👍 in the bathroom there was cosmetics you might need including shampoo, conditioner. Tube is 8 minutes by walk and you can get to the centre by one straight line. I recommend. And thank you for your service Julia 😉

The host was an excellent and helpful communicator! The room was based on the ground floor and had nice features in it such as the round sofa seat, a selection of lights to use and a comfy bed. The room also smelt nice when entering as a fragrance was plugged in which was an extra bonus! The room was also warm with the heating and the WiFi was excellent! Towels were provided along with facilities in the kitchen to use such as a kettle, fridge, cooker and all the necessities.
