Location was great! Wonderful view. Nice to be a little out of the city, but still very easy to get to wherever you had planned for the day. Friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast.

Situated half a mile from Plymouth Hoe, The Imperial Plymouth is a stylish guesthouse offering modern rooms and apartments. Wow, what a wonderful place! First and foremost, the location, right near the Hoe (park with a magnificent view of the harbor and a historical lighthouse) and the Barbican with many restaurants - and the Gin Distillery (a MUST!) And despite the proximity to all this, it was very quiet! Then the staff - OMG, what a wonderful team, everyone was ready to help with anything - special breakfast, directions, things to see, best restaurants... As I mentioned, the breakfast - several choices, ALL delicious, and made to order (try the poached eggs... a delight!) Parking was a bit tricky "on property", but quite achievable by leaving keys with front desk in case my car was blocking anyone. I LOVED this place! Not a hotel, but a fun happy place to stay! I'll be back!

The Hoops Inn & Country Hotel is a Grade II listed property nestled within unspoilt countryside and 5 minutes’ drive from a scenic coastal walk. Everything was really good. Food, Staff etc Really could not complain

Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. Cute place. Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The Gresham Court offers a lovely getaway from the day to day world. It is a relatively short walk to downtown and the marina, where you can get to some of the best sights in the general area via a bus/car drive or ferry/boat ride. The owner/managers are a pleasant and helpful couple and they the provide the best breakfast we've ever had in our travels. The room was charming and the bed was very comfortable.

Offering city views, Flamingo Lodge is an accommodation set in Torquay, 1.6 km from Corbyn Beach and 1.6 km from Torre Abbey Sands Beach. What a fantastic find!! Spotless, homely, welcoming and great location with parking included! Great shower in the brand new bathroom, stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Kitchen area is stocked up and again, spotless!! 10/10 for the Flamingo, will definitely be back!!

Boasting a spa and wellness centre and views of quiet street, The Ramblers' Rest - Princetown is a guest house situated in a historic building in Princetown, 37 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. Great to have a small kitchen, Terry and Nikki were brilliant. Very dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Big family rooms if needed.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Torquay, Green Corner Villa is situated in a historic building and offers express check-in and check-out and free private parking. Nice room and well located in a quiet back street only a few minutes walk from the action

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated St Vincent Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. I appreciated the kindness of the hosts, who were very welcoming and open to give suggestions to help making my trip in Devon and Cornwall memorable. The room was quiet, as well as the rest of the house located close to any shop, bar or restaurant of the village, but still in a very quiet area. I could chose among a wide variety of food for breakfast, and it was very fresh and good. You feel comfortable like at home, and I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting the village.
