On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Really cosy hotel, room with a view, really liked the breakfast..

The Southern Belle is a 19th century luxury boutique hotel and bar with cocktail lounge, offering accommodation adjacent to the Brighton seafront. Unexpectedly wonderful. Authentic. Didn't expect a pub but turned out to be a plus. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Spacious room with modern bathroom. Nicest people.

The owner came over to ensure everything was fine during our breakfast, the staff from the restaurant was lovely and they did an outstanding job as I have allergic requirements, everything was delicious (and safe, thank you!) The place is a dream, we went to celebrate a birthday surprise for a friend and she was delighted!! The rooms are decorated like in a great literature book, and coffee & tea is also provided, I was lucky to enjoy the morning coffee painting in the middle of nature as they have tables around the place surrounded by nature 😍 Couldn't recommend it more !! We will definitely be back! (Easy access - clear instructions on our way, nice road and close to Brighton - 30 mins by car, without the busy environment over there and the opportunity to visit nearby natural places)

Objekat Seaview Sanctuary se nalazi na obali mora u gradu Istborn, a udaljen je 2 min. hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Eastbourne i manje od 1 km od znamenitosti Eastbourne Pier. Katie and Rich are wonderful hosts, very caring and made us feel at home. The guest house is very inviting and super clean. Breakfast was very good and Katie’s daily fresh baked cakes were awesome. Highly recommended staying here.

The host, Javed was so accommodating & helpful suggesting things to see in Rye. His B&B is totally charming, beautifully designed & spotless! It was a wonderful stay! His breakfast menu was full of choices & the food delicious as well.

Perfect location, beautiful little room with amazing windows, very cozy bed, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast. It exceeded all of our expectations. Whenever we return to Brighton we will stay here.

They coordinated the time to deliver the keys with me so it was a very smooth process. At my final day I had to leave before the start time for breakfast and they went out of their way to wake up early and prepare breakfast for me - it was such a lovely gesture, I think I've never seen someone do this for me in a hotel! Oh and I cannot recommend enough the breakfast, absolutely amazing!!!
