WE loved it’s quaintness, being from the USA, we don’t get to experience the English hospitality and Robert showed us exceptional hospitality. He was so kind to fix us a cup of tea after a long, long flight. He was anxious to help in any way, calling a taxi for us the next morning and making sure we were up for our departing flight. Well worth the time and money to spend a short layover in London.

The breakfast room is very nice and cosy. The service from Dita is just perfect. She really cares that everybody feels good.

The kitchen made it easy to have quick meals, without relying solely on takeout. Perfect place to relax after a long day of traveling.
