A 20-minute walk from York city centre, The Apple House has a garden with play area, free Wi-Fi and a free DVD library to complement the DVD players found in the bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean, spotless linen and towels. Perfet English breakfast. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the city center. Highly recommend.

This 17th century Grade II listed house is located in pretty village of Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It’s a well preserved house which was built in 1600s. Nice host and great location.

Situated in the market town of Skipton, on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales, The Woolly Sheep Inn has free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Dinner was exceptional. Old world bar and dining area. Rooms v modern an up to date. Never saw so many electric sockets in a bedroom. All the sheep references. ... ewe have to smile at the legends on the toilet doors. RAMS and EWES. And breakfast menu quotes the Full flock for the fry.

We stayed in room 3 and were surprised by the little secret garden we had! Jane you are so welcoming and helpful.
