Very comfortable and clean house almost in the heart of Dufftown. Everything is new and perfectly equipped. Communication with the owners was perfect. There were two of us, but the house will be comfortable for four thanks to the large dining room and living room. The photos fully correspond.

My family had an excellent stay at Broomhead cottage. The cottages were impeccable, the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Everything you need for a great stay was available. Extra special touches like milk in the fridge,tea, coffee, shampoo and conditioner made it 10/10 for me and my family. The surrounding grounds are beautiful, lovely to wake up to such amazing views and to watch the calf’s jump around the fields. It was obvious on entry that the place was very clean, well managed. We were greeted with a welcome basket of goodies and Forbes and Samantha kept in contact with us and were lovely. We can’t thank them enough. It was the best ! If we come back to Scotland. We’ll stay there without question. We basically liked everything. Spacious house with everything necessary in the kitchen (utensils, plates, glasses, super nice oven, a toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.), also hair dryers for convenience. The host was responsive at any moment in case anything popped up. There were cleaning products, clean towels. The bathrooms are new and convenient. There is also a separate toilet with no bath or shower which is very convenient, not mentioned in the description but good to know. Super cosy place, great rooms for any activity - dining, TV, chilling, playing games. Great bedrooms with nice furniture.
