convenient location to bath. very clean and the host was kind enough to offer us a bottle of vino which was a nice touch and much appreciated. plenty of room and shower was great with loads of hot water at high pressure

Lovely fresh bread eggs butter and milk left for us also a pile of dog towels to wipe the mucky pup very kind host's and very flexible on arrival and departure times we especially loved the log burner really enjoyed the stay Bath was just a short drive and also Frome a great shopping place.

The interior design of the property was super cool and quirky, simply loved the lobster theme throughout. Lots of modern electrical gadgets to keep us toasty and comfortable throughout our stay.

We loved the experience of staying in a hobbit style house! It was lovely and had great features. It was extremely private and made for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The hot tub was great to relax in and we liked that it was wood fired. Would definitely recommend opting for the wood package as the wonderful hosts provide ample wood and it takes any stress out of a break away. The outdoor space provided a perfect extension of the property, so it was perfect for us to take the dogs too. The kids loved the nature around the hobbit house and on sunny days many butterflies always flew past as we walked up and down the path. Shepton Mallet and Wells are just a 10 minute drive away, perfect to pick up any essentials.

We had a wonderful week at Will and Alice's property in Radstock. The place was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and nearby attractions. The property was also very clean and tidy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the guidebook.

Great location, a shame the town wasn't that great, the property was lovely. Given the price, I would've expected fresh milk, bread, butter, biscuits or something as a welcome like most of the places we've stayed at before. We've even had wine in the past. The only thing that let it down. The photo on booking.com is misleading as it's the wrong property and confusing when you arrive, especially as the gate says Hole in the Wall. Not quite what it says on the tin, so to speak.
