Buttercross Cottage is a charming old cottage thoughtfully equipped for a very comfortable holiday. Located in a beautiful village with lots of walks and eating out places on the doorstep. Genuinely dog friendly, a very well equipped kitchen, great bathroom, comfy beds and the private little courtyard off the sitting room much appreciated during the summer weather.

We enjoyed everything about the lazy mare, first of all the communication between ourselves and the hosts was very easy via text (we even got a text the night before telling us we can arrive early!!!). On our way there we had a text explaining that they would not be there to meet us but the key was in the door, when we arrived the key was there along with the hot tube ready, a bottle of prosecco and some milk. The location is fantastic, very quiet and peaceful, in fact we only saw two people during the whole weekend and when night falls its even better for views. The accommodation was very clean and you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into it as it appeared to us like everything was available including an endless supply of wood for the hot tub. The fridge was bigger than what we expected which was good, there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and hob ring all available and all amazingly fits into a lovely looking unit under the sink. The water was very hot and we didn't have to wait for it to run hot, the bed was made up when we got there and towels already hung up waiting for us.

Beautiful hut located in rural setting. Everything you need for a relaxing break- the hot tub was perfect as we managed to get 30 degree heat! Complementary bottle of milk and Prosecco was a lovely touch :)

We stayed at Bellamour whilst attending a wedding in the area. The house was perfectly equipped with anything you could think of and we loved the touch of a fire waiting for us to light in the living room. Mel was incredibly kind and always so helpful. We will be recommending to anyone attending a wedding at Blithfield barns - the location was perfect!

That it only takes an hour to drive there from home. Its home from home. Its private, quiet and peaceful. We can take our pugs. A lot of places, shops, pubs etc. let you take your furry friends in them, which is great. Very well equipped and user friendly. And the cherry on the cake is the hot tub.

Quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the surrounding areas. Had all the facilities that we needed for our stay, including comfy bed, lovely big bath and nice outdoor area.
