Extremely easy access via a lock box. The code was provided well in advance. Plenty of items and utensils in the kitchen. The washing machine and dishwashers were very handy. Antibacterial hand wash at each sink. Plenty of towels and a good supply of tea towels to see us through the week. Very friendly hosts!

The location was perfect. The property looks like it has been newly renovated and we had a very comfortable stay. You could smell the new carpet. The design was very much to our taste and imagine in the summer the views would be lovely. Our stay was warm and comfortable and perfect for our needs of visiting Alton Towers.
