Combined seating, dining area and fullly equipped kitchen. Nice welcome pack (milk, wine, biscuits, bread, jams, tea, coffee, etc.). Second floor bedroom and bijou bathroom and toilet. Small garden and seating area in front of the cottage. Positioned in a farming environment with beautiful views over the dales. Green fields and meadows boarded with ancient dry stone walling. Waking distance to the local village 10 min. walk. Recommend the pub. Nice place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas. We would happily return!

Amazingly cosy little cottage. Was perfect for visiting the Peaks. It had even been decorated for Halloween which our kids loved. Lovely little town just 1 minute away.

It felt like living a bit in the now and a bit in the past. It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

O Barlow Country Club - Mill Farm Cottages é uma propriedade com jardim localizada em Dronfield, a 15 km da Casa de Chatsworth, a 18 km da Arena FlyDSA e a 36 km da Ópera de Buxton. Beautifully furnished. Large comfortable beds, good for tall adults. All 3 bedrooms were good and no-one would feel they were short-changed. Dog walking from the cottage - on-lead in the fishing club area but access to footpaths outside this area where off-lead is acceptable Countryside code permitting. Good pubs nearby but also good equipment and storage in kitchen to make own meals (large fridge freezer, range cooker, good knives.)

Stunning location and surrounding garden and courtyard. Serene views and atmosphere. The cottage itself was beautifully designed and appointed. Very comfortable beds. Convenient small kitchen area. Good shower. Fantastic swimming pool and games room. Pub just across the road. Altogether a paradise - I didn't want to leave and I would love to go back.

The cottage was wonderful in every way. Everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. I mean everything. Very clean . Great communication from booking to extra information in the cottage. Top class. In fact hard to beat. Will go again . Already planning when . So we can visit the places around we didn't get to go. And just to return to this wonderful cottage . Felt like home.

Plenty of space downstairs with the upstairs being like 2 separate appartments. Very well equipped and a lovely welcome pack with a few essentials (and wine!).
