Castlegate is situated in Lanark, 37 km from Celtic Park, 40 km from Hampden Park, and 42 km from Glasgow Cathedral. A very comfortable and well kept apartment, comfortably sleeping four of us for a long weekend. We very much enjoyed the Christmas decorations!

Located in Kirk of Shotts and only 31 km from Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Cottage with Panoramic Views provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The host was most gracious and was awaiting our arrival and welcomed us with cake and sweets together with essential items in the refrigerator (milk, bread, etc.). The place was immaculate, absolutely spotless, and no dust. We had fresh hand and bath towels in the bathrooms,l which were amazingly clean. One of which was recently renovated and quiet spacious. The amenities (oven, refrigerator, water heater, washing machine, etc.) were maintained and in excellent condition. There were a few water heating issues that were immediately and promptly resolved by the host. The ben linen was of fine quality and the blankets cozy.The location is excellent because the air is fresh and clean, the area is quiet, there is ample parking space, and there is no traffic. Simply hands down one of the best staying experiences and comes highly recommended from my side.

Melville Lodge, a property with a garden, is located in Cumbernauld, 28 km from Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, 28 km from Celtic Park, as well as 28 km from George Square. Melville Lodge is a beautiful home to stay in. It is a very comfortable and warm cottage (winter stay for us). It is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need. Irene is an exceptional host and I can see she has put a lot of thought into making the cottage a welcoming and relaxing place to be. We loved staying at Melville Lodge. We would highly recommend it and would definitely come back again.
