The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Sand Glo Villas is a pet-friendly, beachfront property with on-site gardens and barbecue facilities. Guests will also have convenient on-street parking and beach chaise loungers. The location is amazing. Private beach and steps to the water. Lounge chairs, towels, sunblock, kayaks, boards, tubes, noodles, balls, you name it, everything you need was available and free of charge! Sunday brunch was a surprise! Delicious food and great company. Fantastic host. We felt like meeting family and friends, such a quaint atmosphere. We have traveled a lot, but this place is going to the top of our list of favorite stays!!!
