We booked this location and property due it's locality to our parents, who we visited over Christmas. It was our first experience of staying in a static caravan, and the whole experience was exceptional. Communication with the owners leading upto, during, and after our stay was excellent. The property was immaculate, and had everything you could want for a couple of nights stay. It was very warm, and and the techy stuff worked perfectly. We cannot fault this property in any way at all, and would recommend it 100% ++.

Lovely caravan. Very clean and comfortable. I had my own toilet in my bedroom which was lovely and you had all the facilities you need excluding plates bowls etc. Internet worked well and we used the dvd player as well. It was a short walk to the clubhouse and swimming pool. Parking is literally just a minute walk and i always got a parking space. I would definitely rebook

The staff were quite rude and not very helpful and not enough staff as one day one member of staff was trying run the bar, the restaurant and the arcade. I spent 20 pounds on the machines in the arcade and then to find the ticket machine was not working so my daughter could not get a toy in the end.
