This place is a little gem. Great value, superb breakfast, delivered to the room. It's clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Karen, the host, is great. Extremely cheerful and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area

I knew of the area as I have previously lived in the locality. I did not expect to have such a great host a remembered why the location is rather sought after views of the sea. The breakfast was a traditional and well cooked with top quality food and really quickly. I chatted to the host for a good 15 mins and it felt very friendly and just natural liuke two old friends chatting. I WILL BE GOING BACK.

Comfortable large bed. Great for short or long stays as also provides washing machine! I would say best for a couple. Lots of shops and cafes etc nearby. Waterfront and tourist attractions a short drive away. Great for train connections. Easy parking. Great host. Nice touches such as biscuits and milk etc waiting.
