Everything about this property is lovely. The people that run it, the ambiance, the breakfast, the hospitality and the very easy going nature of the proprietors. Unpretentious and charming in a Faulty Towers kind of way. It's not posh by any means but great value for the $$$. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk from the historic dockyard and nautical attractions, also really close to walk across the road to Gunwharfe Keys, the ferry terminal, bus and train station. Secure parking is such a bonus and it's just a mile from the cross channel ferry terminal. The individual bedrooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The public areas and kitchen are spacious, clean and with high quality furnishings and fittings. I highly recommend it and for me it will be the first place I book for not only an overnight stop but also a longer sightseeing trip. Great value accomodation.

Lovely Property in a great location! My room was very cozy, not so bright light suitable for resting, with a bright bedside lamp for reading in bed. Extra heater was provided for me just as requested although the central heating was enough so there was no need for it. Gunwharf Outlet and train station is a walkable distance. Hoping to visit again with friends in the Summer.
