Everything. The host was very attentive. The house and room were beautifully decorated, and very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen, and fixtures in our room worked well. The location was walking distance from the train station, and in a quiet neighborhood.

Caroline and Adrian made us feel very welcome and were always ready to help with any questions/requests we had. We were very impressed by the attention to detail. Everything you can possibly need was available - we could not fault a thing. The guest house itself is clean and modern and the breakfast room has a cheerful nautical theme. The breakfast was fantastic, served with the best coffee we have ever had!

Excellent host. The welcome complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very much appreciated. The accommodation adaptations were less than 6 months old and everything was in very good condition with quality fittings which had been thoughtfully planned. A very compact unit. Good private patio for use in fine weather and free driveway parking. Can highly recommend.

Lovely property in a great position for the Town, quay, transport and all amenities. Our room was lovely, and was a good size for a couple. It had a great view of the local church from our window and had everything we could need for our stay including a small fridge. The bed was fine and the lighting was particularly good, plus the room had a folder with every piece of information you could need about the Town and the local area. Jenny was friendly and very helpful and advised that if we needed anything we could just call her. Really lovely property and would definitely stay again.

Property was clean, tidy, extremely welcoming and has well appointed bedrooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as comfortable common rooms and well stocked coffee room. Off road and out of sight parking for motorcycles provided as well.
