EVERYTHING - A beautiful house, lovely and clean and very comfy, hostess very friendly lady, lovely to talk with. The hostess had her family staying with her too, just for the past week and they were all very lovely too. I really enjoyed my stay and was made most welcome. Near to railway and buses to Canterbury and Ramsgate. I was made very welcome and would stay again 100%

it was perfect for my visit to my son, who stays a 10 min walk away as a student. When the owners realized this, they moved me to a lovely room with an extra bed so he could stay with me. everything was very clean and welcoming

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. This is the type of place you normally find on Airbnb but I booked through booking.com. The owner of the property took great care to ensure our comfort. We had checked for parking and we were provided private parking at £8 per night which seemed reasonable for Cantebury. Highly recommended.

A very impressive hotel in every detail. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has an excellent restaurant of all kinds. An experience I would certainly like to repeat if I visit Canterbury again.
