EVERYTHING - A beautiful house, lovely and clean and very comfy, hostess very friendly lady, lovely to talk with. The hostess had her family staying with her too, just for the past week and they were all very lovely too. I really enjoyed my stay and was made most welcome. Near to railway and buses to Canterbury and Ramsgate. I was made very welcome and would stay again 100%

Unfortunately my room faced a main road out of Canterbury which meant that there was traffic noise all night. Also, the advert was for ‘Available Parking.’ This was on a busy road which should be made clearer in the property description.

Spacious room with ensuite bathroom - everything was comfortable and clean, and the room even had a mini-fridge. There was a shared kitchen and living room on the ground floor, both of which were clean and had everything you might need (we were allowed to help ourselves to coffee & tea, and would have been allowed to cook in the kitchen if we needed to). The host was very quick to reply to us, and was very nice!
