This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. They went above and beyond,I would recommend and would be happy to stay again. Great value for money, close to central, comfortable and clean safe environment. On street parking. Very ideal.

This place doesn't quite live up to its name. It's very un-cozy and doesn't really offer much of a retreat. Four of the 6 rooms are along a road with heavy traffic, including noisy lorries. The rooms are poorly insulated and you can hear the neighbours a lot. The mattress was of poor quality, tending to spring in your body. Everything is automatic: you are given codes for the front door and the room. You have no contact with a manager. However, it seems acceptable to talk to the other occupants. When it comes to breakfast, you make do with what you find... You are given very little information about how the place works, and not everything is intuitive. And when the fire alarm goes off for whatever reason, it's impossible to stop it. Fortunately it happened when I was already up. I hope the occupants were able to resist the sirens!
