The breakfast was very good and I thought the stay was wonderful value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guest house.

Our hosts, Megan and her husband, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality, combined with the warm, inviting atmosphere of their house, created a truly memorable experience for us. An added bonus was the presence of their three lovely cats, who were friendly and added an extra touch of coziness to our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be returning!

I'd never been to the area. It's lovely. A short distance from downtown with great eateries, grocery stores, charity shops and a lovely park allow the river. The accomodation was very comfortable. The host was very attentive and helpful. It's 20-30mins from the airport and pretty much a straight shot to London (Hyde Park) by car. There are a few nice towns in area as well. It's about a 1.5 hr drive down to Brighton; also a pretty straight shot.
