The location is great. 5 mins to the underground and buses. Located in a safe area and secure building. There is a restaurant next door which is very convenient.

Set in Belvedere in the Greater London region, Double Bedroom with en-suite shower & free parking features a garden. Not having stayed in a private house before I was a little apprehensive but Santhu was very welcoming and even allowed us to arrive early. The room was an excellent size, clean and had a great bathroom. The accommodation is on a major bus route with buses about every ten minutes going towards Bexley Heath and towards the train station to London. Highly recommended and we would stay again
