The location was perfect for work I needed to do at Warwick University and had good transport links for my visit to Leamington Spa. The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

The home itself is so comfortable,tidy,located in a beautiful place with a nice park to walk around. The two little pup's were so friendly and there's not a bad thing anyone who's stayed here could say.

The welcome was warm, the room was super comfy and the breakfast was tasty! The location was great for the event I was attending at the NEC with it being only a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay at Barncroft again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

This is our second time at this house but with different workers they said exactly the same as the first lads the house is immaculate beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a perfect stay the kitchen has all the facilities for your own cooking the beds are very comfortable with the bonus of having a tv the bathroom is very large with a very good shower free parking on site and good local amenities if we’re working within 30 miles of this house we would definitely book again

The apartment was very clean, to a professional standard. Very spacious and had no issues getting comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Getting there was easy, helpful directions were immediately sent after booking and the landlord was very courteous and responded quickly to any and all of my questions.

The property is immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. This was a last minute booking to see a terminally I'll friend in Heartlands hospital. The property is very convenient for the hospital and the 20 minute walk was helpful for me to process my emotions.
