Although we didn't meet the host, communication was spot on and having the keys to collect from a safe box was easy and convenient. The room was clean with typical guesthouse decor. You get what you pay for... if you want 5*, this isn't for you, but it's ideal for a cheap, friendly stay in a great location (centre of scarborough). Parking is limited but staff are very helpful and monitor who is parked where so they can easily contact guests to move cars when required. Would stay again!

The male receptionists were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy.
