The location was close to everything yet not directly in the main square area so there was less noise! The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us a full debrief on the area, answering all of our questions and providing us with free waterproof clothing for hiking. The hotel itself is lovely and the room we had was our favourite so far in Colombia. We had the whole top floor to ourselves and the room was impeccably clean and traditionally decorated with everything we needed. There was also free water, coffee and tea all day which is a lovely touch.

I travelled with my two daughters to Salento and stayed at Reserva Guadalajara in the stunning place of the Cocora Valley. Diego and his staff were very kind, helpful and ensured we were very comfortable. The house was as beautiful and as I dreamt of. Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect for visiting Salento. We were looking for beautiful country side and near Salento, the best of both worlds! Diego helped us with organising transport to allow us to move within the area and visit any place we were recommended. Diego took my girls horse-riding and as they had never ridden before, Diego made them feel at ease, they had a lovely picnic and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was lovely and we felt very at home at Reserva Guadalajara!

An amazing place, peaceful, confortable. Staff very kind and helpful. Possibility to cook pizza in the hostel kitchen. The kit pizza and breakfast prepared by Marta is very good! Increíble lugar, en medio de las montañas, entonces se apreciaba la tranquilad de la naturaleza. La dueña era un encanto, super amable y acogedora. La habitación era muy cómoda y no faltaba nada. Los desayunos estaban muy ricos. El Hostal está cerca de los termales (cca 5km), restaurantes 2min caminando.
