My wife and I hope that you enjoy our Victorian three bedroom split-level apartment as much as we have. It is located in an enviable position very close to the beach and offers breathtaking uninterrupted sea views. Our aim was to combine as much period detail as possible with a stylish and contemporary finish throughout. The apartment is arranged over three easily accessible floors and features a fully fitted hand built kitchen/breakfast room with AGA and two luxurious en-suites. On the ground floor is the private entrance and large hallway offering enormous storage space whilst giving access to the first floor landing with exposed parquet flooring. The bright and spacious lounge has a large bay window with sea view via a bespoke fitted bench seat, central period fireplace and comfy furnishings. Off the landing is a stylish large double bedroom with raised bed area and en-suite double shower room. On the top floor is a superb main bedroom with double doors opening on to a generous balcony with amazing views and sounds of the rolling waves. There is a full en-suite bathroom with shower, roll-top bath and underfloor heating overlooking a picture window with sea views. The third large bedroom is also accessed from the landing and enjoys a Juliet balcony with amazing sea view. In addition, a further separate WC and basin is located on this floor. General information: The stairs are wide and easy rising with split-landings on the first and top floor. We are unable to accept additional guest requests as our maximum number is six. I have travelled extensively and love the thrill of exploring new countries and cultures. Home for many years now has been by the beautiful Kent coastline and wide open skies of Broadstairs. Life by the beach is great and a vibrant social scene is also what most appeals to me. I do appreciate a good craft beer or the odd glass of red wine or two at the 39 steps and enjoying the amazing local music on offer. The apartment is located in a peaceful and safe residential area and both the beautiful sandy beaches at Viking Bay and Louisa Bay are within a short stroll with many other Blue Flag beaches nearby. An eclectic mix of restaurants, pubs, boutiques, art galleries, seaside shops, an art house cinema and period ice cream parlours lie in wait. Free parking is available on The Western Esplanade and all adjoining roads. In addition, buses are frequent and inexpensive and there is an excellent fast rail service into London within walking distance. In the Summer months an open-top bus service runs to Ramsgate Royal Harbour.
