Drainllwyn farm is situated 4 miles from the town of Bala at the end of a council maintained road. The B&B property is a one bedroom annex at the rear of the main farm house with beautiful views of Arenig Fawr. The property has private access, a ground floor kitchen/diner, upstairs lounge, bathroom and double bedroom. There is adequate parking directly outside.

I am a farmer but not really your average farmer, I can occasionally be found whizzing around our pond on a boat, or flying my drone to check on the sheep, whilst dreaming of owning a one man helicopter. I love hosting because I get to meet so many lovey people and have the opportunity to share with them the beautiful place we live in.

Drainllwyn is nestled within the Snowdonia national park sitting at 1,000ft elevation at the foot of Arenig Fawr, with panoramic views of Aran Penllyn and Berwyn mountain ranges. Ideally situated for the many and varied activities the national park and surrounding areas have to offer. There are numerous public footpaths heading in all directions, some of which pass through our property. We are surrounded by mountains for walkers and hikers. Bala town is well known for Llyn Tegid (Bala lake) which offers many opportunities for water sports. The National White Water Centre is just a couple of miles from town. There is a wide variety of cafe's, pubs, restaurants and takeaways in Bala.
