A perfect location in which to unwind, relax or indulge in a Highland holiday. Built in the 1870's Feith Mhor (Fay Mor) is a charming and substantial country house taking it's Gaelic name from it's surroundings - great stillness. Relax on cosy nights in with an open fire in the living room or have a banquet in the elegantly decorated dining room and snug. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with linen and towels provided. Further accommodation for up to 4 guests can be provided in Beananach Cottage next door.
My name is Jess, I will respect your privacy but do live locally so usually can be around to help if needed.
The gardens surround the property, you have access to all. This includes a substantial games room, play fort and trampoline. The gardens are secure with a gate to the drive and fencing surrounding the property. Carrbridge had two coffee shops, one delightful local pub plus another bigger pub for larger tours and parties. It has an abundance of local walks and lochs to discover, and the river Dulnain running through the heart of the village. It is also home to Landmark Adventure Park for a great family fun day out. The local area is packed full of adventurous activities and stunning walks, either locally through the ancient Caladonian Pine forests, or high up into the Cairngorm Mountains.
