Nestled in the Dawdon area of Seaham, you’ll find Town House . Spread across two floors, this spacious and warming holiday home provides the perfect retreat on the North East coast. Sleeping up to four guests, and boasting private parking, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay by the sea when staying at the dog friendly Town House. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.​
