A beautiful old, but modern holiday home situated in South East Cornwall.  The cottage was built originally built in the 1700's, but has been completely renovated to suit today's modern living. The property is a 3 bed detached property, with the added benefit of being south facing; the garden gets light from dawn to dusk. Within the property you will find a full home away from home with all the latest fixtures and fittings. For example: The kitchen is solid oak with granite worktops, fully equipped with everything you expect from a high-end kitchen. With a double oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee bean grinder, cafeteria, fresh tea-leaf pot, plus full cookware. The living room is modern, featuring a 55" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV, Samsung Blu-ray/DVD Player (DVD's library included), 5.1 DTS Surround Sound, a multi fuel burner, soft leather sofa's, wool carpets and furnished to a very high standard. The bedrooms are equipped with the latest Samsung Smart TVs, allowing guests to catchup on missed programmes in a evening, or they can choose to relax in the Official Pegasus Whirlpool Jacuzzi bath with a selection of mood lighting
Professional male in my late 30's. I have my own business, specialising within the mechanical engineering sector. My social life could do with a little improvement, but I find it very difficult switching between the two; I actually enjoy work. I am well-educated, clean and tidy, but most importantly respectful of other people and their belongings. I have great interpersonal skills and can mix with anyone and everyone, regardless of age or background. I feel this is the quality anyone can have. I live with my wife and our two young children, all three are my backbone and there is nothing worse than working away from home without them. I will always deal with all requests professionally and with the up most importance, whether a booking is same day, or 12 months in advanced. I personally won't be available in person, but I do have a professional team who are local to the property. They will be able to support with all queries if I am unable to do so. Their details are in the Property Handbook located on the coffee table.
Menheniot village is in the beautiful countryside and consists of a well-kept playing field, tennis courts, a playground/park for young children, a local Shop selling fresh local produce, a small Post Office, a 1700C Church, many country walks, and a quiet country Pub ideal for great food and beverages...a perfect holiday destination and location to get away from the hustle and bustle of today’s living. All these amenities are within a stone’s throw of the property. With excellent connecting roads in and out of the village, you can get to your intended destination with ease. Whether it be the local beach, town, fishing village, go-karting, water sports, tourist hotspots, woodland walks, swimming pools, supermarkets or moorland, it's all only 10 minutes from the property. Menheniot has access to public transport for those wishing to use it. All information will be within our welcome packs. Whether it by Bus, Train or Taxis, Menheniot has it all. The village is well-kept with beautiful flowers and is very picturesque. Make your stay as lively or quiet as you wish. Within my information pack, you'll have lots to see and do, you certainly won't be short of things to do.
