Owners that reside at the property will meet you at the front door for check-in. No front door keys provided to guests for security & privacy reasons. Owners let guests IN and OUT of the property during their stay. If you turn up for check-in under alcohol/drugs influence or with anyone under 18y.o. you will be denied entry and your booking will be cancelled.

Owners are a couple in their mid-50th. They bought and renovated the house to high modern specification while keeping many old features in place, very proud of what the house looks and feels like presently, and invite you to visit this beautiful home. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay – all modern features and conveniences are in place, while old fashioned elements are still present for decorative purposes. Owners reside at the property in one of rooms.

Location and neighbourhood simply can’t be more perfect. House located right in between city centre and airport, making it easily accessible and convenient. Few blocks away is bus stop with direct access to Derby city (6-10 min ride) and East Midlands airport (25-30 min ride). Train station is also easily accessible – direct bus will take you there in less than 10 min. There is an absolutely amazing Alvaston park nearby with beautiful lake, and all the usual birds and nature – excellent place to relax and rejuvenate.
