Luxury first floor loft apartment in Falmouth's quiet coastal conservation area opposite Boscawen Fields, Falmouth Bay and the southwest coast path. Private entrance, secure parking and EV charging. Garage space for cycles and cycle charge point. Lovely views of the sea and of the beautiful gardens from the large terrace. Adjacent to our seafront Art Deco style home, but completely private. Contemporary open plan, vaulted design with large velux windows. High quality, comfortable accommodation with modern facilities and little extras to add a touch of luxury. High-end fully equipped kitchen/dining area and a living space with reclining Stressless armchairs and 50" Smart TV. If quality and comfort is your thing, the bedroom includes a luxurious extra large double bed - 6ft x 6ft 6 (180cm x 200cm). Egyptian cotton linens, a goose feather and down duvet and pillows, soft robes and fluffy cotton towels. Hypo-allergenic is available on request. Quiet, cosy and private, Blue Hills is ideal for couples looking for that extra special holiday home. Family run throughout the year to maintain our high standards of comfort, quality and cleanliness. We hope you like what you see and look forward to welcoming you.
Safe, tranquil, relaxing and stunningly beautiful area surrounded by superb coastline and beaches. Everything is easily accessible. No need to use your car. Water sport tuition & hire, cafes & restaurants are available on surrounding beaches. The busy harbour and town centre are just a 15 minute walk from here.
