Property information

3 storey older style townhouse in the heart of the Bohemian North Laines in Brighton. This unique spacious townhouse is spread out over 3 floors. *Ground floor* Large lounge with a huge red chesterfield sofa, a dining area and kitchen leading out to the courtyard garden, a second half bathroom is also on the ground floor. *2nd floor* Consists of a huge front to back bedroom with a family divide partition to create 2 bedrooms (walk through) consisting of a 3 single beds, and a bunk bed to accommodate up to 5. There is also a main family bathroom, toilet, sink, bath and shower on this floor. Top floor contains a huge area, with a family partition to create 2 private areas, one consisting of 2 double beds, and the second area consisting of 2 single beds. The outside area consists of a secret garden in the city with decking and privacy to enjoy the sun in the heart of the qwerky North Laines.
