Welcome to our cosy guest house situated in picturesque surrounding in the historic city of St Albans. The one bedroom property is modern, and well equipped with everything you should need for that home from home experience. The property has open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. There is also a sofa bed, which allows us to accommodate 3 adults, or families of 4. Guests will have access to garden area, and there is free on-road parking available. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver.
