PENARTH GUEST HOUSE is a spacious detached house with three high-quality en-suite guest rooms set in its own grounds with on-site parking at the edge of St Blazey Gate, just five minutes’ drive or a 25-minute woodland walk from the Eden Project. The guest accommodation is maintained to a high standard - with all-new mattresses for 2024 - and all rooms have wifi, Freeview TV, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities plus hot chocolate too! An iron and ironing board are also available. Rates are fully-inclusive of breakfast - we are very pleased to consistently receive highly-complimentary reviews regarding our food! We are also proud to hold a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating. For evening meals, a 10-minute walk down the hill is Waves Restaurant at The Britannia Inn; two minutes' walk up the hill is The Four Lords for basic 'pub grub'; whilst directly opposite us is the Biscovey Fish Bar, where guests can buy traditional fisn 'n chips to eat in our breakfast room (we'll even do the washing-up afterwards!). Please note that we have a two-night minimum stay policy, and Nov-Mar we accept direct bookings only.

Very well situated for The Eden Project, we are also not far from the historic port of Charlestown (a UNESCO World Heritage Site); the National Trust's Lanhydrock House & Gardens; The Lost Gardens of Heligan; and the famous Bodmin Jail. Land's End is only an hour-and-a-half's drive, and with The Lizard, St Michael's Mount, St Ives, Padstow, Port Isaac and Tintagel each between 45 minutes and an hour-and-a-quarter away, many of our guests have found us an ideal base to explore Cornwall from!
