The spacious sea view apartment is ideal for holiday makers and Swansea business visitors. This large, eighth floor two bedroom apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. It has a modern fitted kitchen with all amenities you would expect. There is both a lift and stairwell to the floor. The luxuriously appointed open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen has French doors leading onto a small decked balcony, so you can enjoy the views of the quay, harbour and out to sea. Free wifi and large screen tv. The master bedroom also hosts French doors which lead to another small decked balcony, again with views of the harbour and sea. It has a luxurious king size bed, a French style dressing table, double wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also hosts a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, and is also tastefully decorated. There is strict policy of no large groups, parties, hen/stag events etc, and booking is only to be made by adults 25 years of and over. Allocated parking is available in the private underground car park for 1 vehicle. Check-in is between 16.00 - 24.00. Outside these hours must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.

The vibrant, area of Swansea city has an interesting array of activities and pastimes. This ranges from visiting areas of outstanding natural beauty (such as the Gower Peninsla) to leisurely hobbies -the arts, surfing and golf- through to busy city and business life. With cosmopolitan cafes, bars and restaurants literally down the street. There really is something for everyone. Swansea Marina is 750 yards away, and it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach and a mile from Swansea City Centre. It is a 16min walk to Swansea beach from the apartment and a 17 min walk to the Grand Theatre. Bars, restaurants and cafes can be found within a 2min walk. Cardiff airport is 29.2 miles from the property, and Swansea Railway Station is a 5min drive away. We are situated about a 10minute drive from J42 of the M4. Earlswood Golf Course is a 10min drive away. Driving distances: Swansea Castle 0.5miles, Dylan Thomas Centre 0.5miles. Please be advised, construction of a new university campus is being carried out near to the apartment. Construction is taking place Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30. Some noise and visual disturbance may be experienced by guests during this time.
