Unpack your bags, sit back, relax with a cuppa (and a biscuit) enjoy the lovely panoramic sea views, now you can plan your days ahead. This beautiful, fully renovated, contemporary holiday home really is ideal for friends, couples and families alike. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate sleep up to 6 persons. The Lounge Bay Window with 180 degrees Sea Views, a log burner for cosy days nights On the First Floor. Master Bedroom. Luxurious double bed, looking out towards the North Sea. Fitted wardrobes with bedside draws, and matching dressing table and stool. Smart Samsung 32" TV with Freeview channels or watch various programmes and films on Netflix. On the First Floor: Second Bedroom. Bunk Beds with 32" Smart Samsung TV. On Second Floor. Third Bedroom. Comprises Luxurious Double Bed. Velux skylight windows, one facing the North Sea, the other facing west. Smart 32" Samsung TV. Remote control main lights. There are two Bathrooms. We are contactable 24/7 / 365 Days. Seaton Sluice is a hidden gem with a historic harbour, nature reserve and unspoilt beaches. Having the luxury of the beach on your doorstep. Sea Dunes is ideally located for exploring the whole of Northumberland, Tyneside and Durham, with easy access to roads leading to the top tourist spots in the county. Buses are frequently should you wish to jump on and explore the North East. Externally at the front of property there is a paved driveway providing safe secure off-street parking for two medium sized cars. (it is a bit tight with two cars) Additional free public car parking is nearby.
Seaton Sluice is one of the unspoilt places on the Northumberland coast. I personally have lived in Seaton Sluice since I was born, but left when I was 16 but stayed in Northumberland all my life and still do to this very day. Seaton Sluice is not a City life its quite laid back, with local public houses, you can eat and drink. You have everything nearby. and St Mary's lighthouse is approx. 45 mins to a hours walk. Seaton Delaval Hall now belonging to the National Trust, where lord Delaval once lived. There's so much history about Seaton Sluice some of which have long gone, i.e. Seaton Sluice Bottle works. Don't take my word for it, just Google It and find the history of behind Seaton Sluice.
