We specialise in serviced accommodation across the Midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Codsall, Swadlincote, Cannock, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs. Together with our close knit team we aim to provide the very best in both customer service and a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A unique place to stay, in an converted Georgian building converted into 7 apartments. The building retains many of its characteristics such as beautiful oak beams and high ceilings. We have furnished it sympathetically and hope you like our choices. For your safety and security we have installed CCTV cameras in the outside areas. Please note, the sofa bed is situated in the master bedroom upstairs, providing an addition bed for a 6th person and not in the lounge downstairs. The Property is accessible via a private courtyard off Horniglow street. through the front door, accessed by an electronic key from Klevio, you will enter the spacious hallway, to the left you will find a large fully equipped breakfast kitchen, with washing machine, microwave, coffee maker oven and hob. further down the hall you will find a cosy lounge dining area with a smart TV. Upstairs you will find to large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, single bed and as mentioned earlier a sofa bed. the second bedroom has 2 single beds, made up with freshly laundered hotel quality linen and plenty of soft fluffy towels. The family sized bathroom features and over the bath shower, basin and toilet. Please note there are parking restrictions on the main road which are in operation Monday-Friday from 08.00-09.30 and from 16.00-18.30 However, there is 3 hours of free parking available at B&M opposite which could be utilised during these hours. Restriction are not in force during weekends and public holidays.

This is a neighbourhood that has SO many conveniences - supermarket literally across the road and behind this there are many restaurants and fast food joints. There is also a cinema and a gym for those who enjoy these tings. Within easy walking distance I the main shopping centre and you will also find a selection of even more excellent restaurants. The Malthouse is right in the centre of everything - walking distance to the town centre and just across the road there are many eating places, a gym, a Cineworld, a Mecca Bingo and Aldi. The National Memorial Arboretum is an easy drive away, for those who love the great outdoors as well as Branston Water Park. The Burton Shovel is 15.6 miles and the National Forest Adventure Farm is just 13.9 miles. For those interested in the brewing industry the National Brewery Centre is just across the road and hosts many social events, or the Marston's Brewery Tour may be more your thing! For historic architecture the Claymills Victoria Pumping station is worth a visit. As the history of Burton on Trent is based on brewing you will find many public houses within the vicinity of the Malthouse.IMPORTANT:We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in.
