Based on the border of Acocks Green and Olton, running along the Grand Union canal, we have lovely canal walks, a park just around the corner, shops across the street, food and a convenient store. Based on a through road which can get busy during peak hours, once within the Old Bakery Ground you will be away from the roads in the long gardens of the properties which are serene and quite. Acocks Green high street is 5 minutes walk and has all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bowling and laser tag. Based on the border of Acocks Green and Olton, 5 mins walk from Acocks Green Train Station and 10 mins walk from Olton station, 2 mins away from main bus route. All of which will get you into city center or Solihull. The NEC, Airport, Resorts World, Touchwood shopping centre are all within 10mins drive from the property. Moseley, Kings Heath, Shirley are also 10-15 minutes drive from the property. On street parking usually available close to the house.
