Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated The Smugglers Rest offers accommodation with water sports facilities and free WiFi. Having welcomed visitors for over 100 years, this historic building has recently undergone extensive renovations under the care of new owners Stacey and Will, transforming the old bar into the charming Miss Fea’s Café. The Smugglers Rest offers 8 spacious en suite rooms, boasting stunning countryside views, and will soon be hosting evening dining events and live music in Miss Fea’s Café. Whether you fancy soaking up the summer sun in the lovely sheltered garden, or snuggling next to the cosy wood burning stove with a steaming mug of hot chocolate, Miss Fea’s café offers a friendly welcome all year round. The menu of delicious snacks, generously filled sandwiches and light bites is fresh and seasonal, incorporating locally sourced produce to offer a taste of the very best that Devon has to offer. Our freshly ground coffees, teas and tasty fruit juices and smoothies are perfectly accompanied by chef Stacey’s mouthwatering cakes and sweet treats.
